Richard Baffour |
Richard, founder and CEO of Jobsinghana, has worked in diverse industries including retail consulting, market research, marketing and category management. Richard’s experience includes stints with successful companies including Gateway, where he was a key member of the team that launched the Your Ware for Business leasing program. He has also consulted to PETsMART and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets.
Richard holds a Master of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. |

Alvin Mingle |
| Alvin Mingle, a key advisor to Jobsinghana.com, is currently the Head of Supply Chain for Coca Cola Ghana. He came from Ford Motor Company Europe, where he was a Senior Procurement Manager responsible for all Emerging Markets Sourcing (Direct & Indirect Goods and Services Procurement)). Alvin has a wealth of experience gained in several Blue Chip companies such as 3M, Xerox and Ford and was instrumental in the setup, launch and management of Covisint, the world’s largest net market place for the automotive industry.
