Job Description

Report to: The Administrative Manager

Job Description:

  1. Source and market for clients in need of human resources services.
  2. Meeting and maintaining relationship with clients
  3. Plan out Marketing strategies
  4. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  5. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  6. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
  7. Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.
  8. Any other duty assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  1. A bachelor’s degree/HND  in Marketing, Humanities or business administration
  2. More than two years’ experience in relevant role
  3. Computer literate
  4. Good presentation and communication skills
