• Ceramics, Wear & Abrasions (i.e corrosion control)
• Installations, Repairs and Refurbishments
• Gear Boxes, Pumps, Motors, Power Transmission etc
• Conveyor Systems, Care & Maintenance
• Rubber Lining Services
• Fabrication, Welding, Cut to Size wear plates
• Electrical & Automation

REPORTING: To The Chief Operating Officer

Job Profile
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Sales & Service Manager has the responsibility of promoting the company’s maintenance and services portfolio which involves obtaining service contract and providing on-site technical expertise to deliver high quality services to clients. The incumbent must have a strong technical and engineering background to support a number of critical operations and maintenance contracts.

• Able to make effective presentations or demonstrations
• Able to prioritize work in multi-tasking environment
• A goal-getter with the ability to follow up on commitments and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills and sales aptitude and the flair to close deals
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience and good Knowledge of the market, particularly the mining sector
• Customer focused and paying attention to detail
• Knowledge of key decision makers in the mining industry is an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel long distances when necessary

Education and Qualifications

• BSc Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Engineering Sales & Technical Services
• Minimum of 8 Years Experience in the Engineering/Services Field

Essential

• Valid Driving License. Good driving experience for long distances.

Age

• A successful Applicant should be not less than 38 years and preferably a Male
