    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all clerical works
    • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
    • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system 
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Provide information by answering questions and requests
    • Research and create presentations.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Take accurate minutes of meetings
    • Resolve administrative problems
    • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
    Skills Required
    • Minimum Degree  (Communications/ Public Relations Prefered)
    • 3+ years of Experience 
    • Age between 28 - 32yrs
    • Prefereably a female
    • Must leave at least 30-45 minutes away from East Legon
    • Must be Tech savy
    • Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (A proof of proficiency required)
    • Professionalism and Problem-Solving
    • Multi-Tasking Skill
