Job Overview:
As an E-commerce Customer Support & Social Media Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer experiences across various online platforms. This position requires a blend of excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of social media engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Ensure accurate and timely confirmation of customer orders through various communication channels, such as email or phone. Verify order details, including product selection, quantity, pricing, and delivery information, to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate the smooth processing of customer orders. Assist in coordinating order fulfillment, including inventory management, packaging, and shipping.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, tracking information, and returns/exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies or procedures
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to team goals
Social Media
- Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, including product highlights, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
