School of public Service and Governance:  

The School of Public Service and Governance is the leader in public sector education
 and training in Ghana. It has a well-earned international reputation for excellence in public sector training and collaboration. The school hosts international collaborations for capacity ouilding in Anglophone West Africa and works closely with sister institutions in Gambia, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.

Successful applicants must clearly demonstrate an ability to either teach in the PhD programme or facilitate in a number of public sector training programmes. Faculty is needed for the following areas:

• International Development
• Public Sector Accounting
• Education Policy
• Public Sector Economics
• Health Policy    
• Programme Management

Required Skills or Experience

A minimum of master's degree from a reputable university.

Non Ph.D holders must show compelling evidence of at least two of the following:

• Research aptitude
• Potential to enroll in a reputable Ph.D programme
• Effective teaching and contribution to pedagogy
• Substantial working experience in the field applied for.
