Job Description

• Reporting Unit/Supervisor: Program Director
• Location: Accra   
• Travel: Domestic up to _30_%                

• Recruit mentors in all program geographies
• Pair program participants with mentors based on area of business expertise and need
• Conduct mentor training program
• Develop and implement tracking system for mentor/mentee engagement
• Develop evaluation system for quality of mentor/mentee engagement

Required Skills or Experience

• Holds a BA or Masters degree  or equivalent in Business, Administration, Human Resources Finance, or other business related fields
• Four (4) years minimum field experience in business, non-profit administration finance, or other related field
• One (1) year previous experience in coordinating teams
• Prior experience with a mentoring program preferred
• Proven ability to interact in effective and constructive ways with a variety of individuals in a variety of settings
• Strong interest in business mentorship programming
• Strong quantitative skills
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Existing business networks preferred
• Analytical writing skills
• Ability to work independently
