Pro-Link Organization is a national Not for Profit Organization (NPO) that has been operating in Ghana since 1993. Pro-Link has been implementing HIV, Women Economic Empowerment, Girls Education, Social and Behaviour Change programs targeting vulnerable populations with funding from different donor partners such as the Global Fund, USAID, UKAID, WAPCAS, JSI, CI, Plan Ghana International and Global Affairs Canada among others. 

Job Description

The organizations’ work has expanded in recent years across ten (10) regions of Ghana. To ensure effective management of our projects, Pro-Link wishes to recruit an Accountant to support the financial management of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Payment Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.
• Filing of all financial documents such as PVs, JVs, Letters etc
• Assist in reviewing all retiring from project officers and Sub Recipients/Key actors 
• Handles and maintain a petty cash system at the Head office.
• Assist in Payment of all statutory payments e.g. Social Security, PAYE and WHT deductions, etc.
• Facilitate the day-to-day banking and payment transactions. 
• Assist in raising invoices as required.
• Receiving and verification of goods purchased.
• Assist in updating fixed asset register.
• Assist in the preparation of volunteers’ allowances.
• Assist in compiling, analyzing and reporting on financial data. 
• Assist in both Internal and External Audits.
• Any other duties that may be required.
