Job Description

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Invoice Processing: Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Budget Assistance: Help with budgeting processes, including tracking expenditures and variance analysis.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in gathering documentation and preparing schedules for internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for streamlining accounting procedures.
• General Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Required Skills or Experience

• Preferably, a female who recently completed their National Service having pursued Accounting / Finance.
• A year experience in the accounting field
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
