Job Description

A mobile banker is responsible for providing financial services to our clients outside of the branch location. This role involves building relationships with customers, assisting with account management, offering loans and financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Mobile Banker often visit clients at their homes, workplaces, or other convenient locations to discuss banking needs and provide personalized financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage new customer relationships
• Promote and sell banking products such as accounts, loans
• Provide financial advice and assist with transactions
• Conduct customer visits and develop business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
