Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to design and develop architectural plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop detailed blueprints, schematics, and 3D models to meet client needs while adhering to budget and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site evaluations and provide solutions to address structural, environmental, and functional issues.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of all necessary architectural documentation for construction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in architectural design within the real estate and construction industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
