Job Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for our construction project. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for the construction project, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure electrical systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the construction phase.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.

Required Skills or Experience

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
