Job Description

• Location: Accra

The Driver will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the team of Atlantic Computers and Electronics by transporting packages, documents, and other items to various locations.

• Operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and courtesy.
• Maintain defensive driving.
• Make sure all vehicles are clean and clear of mechanical problems.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.
• Perform daily routine checks on engine and whole framework of vehicle.
• Be aware of vehicle service schedules and ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
• Coordinate the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions.
• Document usage and maintain accurate up-to-date records on trip sheets, maintenance reports, incident and accident reports, vehicle condition reports etc.

Required Skills or Experience

• A valid Driver’s license C.
• At least two (2) years’ experience as a professional driver with a company. 
• Good at navigating with the use of GPS or Maps.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to plan trips in order of urgency.
• Attention to details.
• Honesty and Integrity.
• Must not be above 45 years of age.
