Job Description

• Manned guarding at entrance points
• Screening of visitors and employees
• Control of access to authorized personnel only
• Entry/Exit logs to be maintained 

• Regular patrols of the premises.

• Deployment of trained and licensed security officers
• Maintenance of a high visibility presence

• Response to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Coordination with law enforcement and fire services as needed

• Key holding and locking/unlocking services
• Secure escort services for employees and visitors
• Security and protection of all Palladium assets. 

• Regular security reports and incident logs
• Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Required Skills or Experience

• The security company must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial security
• The security company must have a valid business license and necessary certifications
• The security company must provide a detailed security plan and schedule
• The security company must use trained and licensed security personnel
• The security company must have a 24/7 emergency response system
• Evidence of training of security guards
• The security company must have communication checks, especially for the night guard.
• The security company must have an incident response team for incidents such as robbery, fire and other emergencies. 
• The security company guards must have extra batteries for their phones and lighters 
• The security company guards must have raincoats and umbrellas for the rainy season.
