Terms of Reference
Purpose
The purpose of the RFQ is to requests a moving company to relocate office assets from Dzorwulu (House # 16 Botwe Dzorwulu Road GA-160-2961, Dzorwulu, Accra – Ghana) to Ring-way Estate (House # 7 Asafoatse Affua Street. GA-031-0782, Ringway Estates - Accra-Ghana). We seek a reliable and efficient moving service to transport office assets, including disassembling, packing, loading, unloading and assembling, to ensure a smooth transition.
Type of Contract The type of contract will be Purchase Order. Palladium has the right to issue purchase orders to more than one company to meet the required and timely company.
Anticipated Contract Term The contract period of performance will be for One (1) week after selection of the successful vendor(s). disassembling, packing, loading, unloading and assembling will be required to be completed within 1 week of the PO start date with delivery note from the vendor. Palladium Group PTY Ltd - Ghana has the right to inspect and monitor movement until completed.

Timeline Vendor shall submit their quotations in accordance with the required terms and conditions speciation to Iddrisu Abdul-Rashid at abdulrashid.iddrisu@thepalladiumgroup.com not later than July 26, 2024, at 11:59pm GMT. The quotations are valid for 5 business days. Palladium Group PTY Ltd will issue a purchase order to successful suppliers after completion of the due diligence. The PO period of performance will be for 2 weeks from contract issue date, but the vendor(s) will be required to complete movement within 1 week of the PO start date.
Scope of Work and Standards The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Disassembling
2. Packing
3. Loading
4. Transportation
Transport all items from (House # 16 Botwe Dzorwulu Road GA-160-2961, Dzorwulu, Accra – Ghana) to (House # 7 Asafoatse Affua Street. GA-031-0782, Ringway Estates - Accra-Ghana).
