Project Summary
CARE and its partners, in collaboration with USAID and the MOE, are implementing the SAGES Systems Strengthening Activity in Ghana. This initiative aims to enhance accountability in primary schools by supporting the MOE's objectives outlined in the Education Strategic Plan (ESP) for 2018 - 2030. The activity focuses on improving education service delivery through institutionalizing accountability and citizen engagement in primary education.

Background and Rationale
In Ghana, the accountability system in education focuses on enhancing learning outcomes by clearly defining roles, ensuring information accessibility, and making evidence-based decisions. As part of this initiative, a Panel of Expert discussion is being organized to craft learning briefs for the Education Accountability Framework. The event aims to bring together experts to share insights and propose recommendations for the framework. We are seeking a professional event organizer to support the rollout of this important event.

Objectives
To ensure the quality delivery of the Education Accountability Framework Panel of Expert discussion for the USAID/Ghana SAGES Systems Strengthening Activity, an event management team will be supervised by the Communications and Operations and Finance Director. The team will handle all arrangements, logistics, administration, and preparations to ensure timely and effective execution. Their main objectives include collaborating with the USAID/Ghana SAGES team for event preparation, ensuring quality service and facilities, adhering to the event timeline, and ensuring cultural sensitivity and local context alignment throughout the event..
