Marriage Link (M-Link Consult) is a company that responds to pressing social and family challenges facing the Ghanaian society, in particular the institution of marriage (www.marriagelink.net).  The company has the objective of promoting social happiness and wellbeing through the institution of marriage. In this regard, the company provides a one-stop shop of marriage support. We have four distinct but inter-related packages spanning Marriage Partner Identification, Counselling services and Marriage Events management.

Our company’s client base has significantly increased in recent weeks, necessitating addition hands to support our Team.

The Role
The Client Services Manager will be a matured person who can provide confidential and professional service to our Clients who are looking for marriage. You must have the following qualities:

• Matured in communicating with Clients who have varied needs.
• Ability to read and interpret data covering profiles of Clients.
• Have understanding of marriage issues and willing to offer guidance to Clients who may need assistance in choosing their life partners.
• Be patient, polite and respectful in dealing with Clients.

Required Skills or Experience

• Computer literate, specifically good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience in Client or customer relations.
• Tertiary education in a relevant field.
