Job Description

Bon Agro LTD is looking for a highly proactive and organized PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the Managing Director to render high-level administrative assistance and maintain the seamless functioning of daily executive activities. 
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Provide administrative support to the managing director, as well as managing schedules, appointments and attending business meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, minutes and documents as required.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls professionally.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.

Required Skills or Experience

Skills or Experience
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
  • A proven experience as a personal assistant or any related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
