Job Description

A very reputable NGO operating in the Savanna region intends to engage the services of a number of interns on its projects. The interns will be based in Damongo in the savanna region with occasional travels outside the district to other parts of the region. The internship is for an initial period of one year with the possibility of permanent employment depending on the performance of the intern. The expected start date is January 2025.Very attractive remuneration package

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience
i. First degree in development studies, social studies, or any relevant field
ii. At least one year post national service

Competencies
i. Ability to speak any one or two of the local languages in the region
ii. Must be a fast learner
iii. Ability to ride a motor bike with valid driving licence
iv. Willing to travel to rural communities
v. Community mobilization skills
vi. Good facilitation skills
vii. Good people skills
viii. Good report writing skills
