Job Description

Our hotel offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on our exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our operations to new heights.

Position Overview
The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, and maximized profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in hotel management, and a thorough understanding of online booking platforms such as Booking.com.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on various platforms, including online booking sites.

Online Booking Management

  • Manage and optimize the hotel’s presence on online booking sites such as Booking.com.
  • Monitor and analyze booking trends, competitor rates, and market conditions to adjust pricing and availability strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive bookings.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Staff Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Proven experience managing online booking platforms such as Booking.com.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
