Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures across our operations. The ideal candidate will:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety excellence
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents
• Provide safety training and induction programs
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
• Manage and maintain safety records and documentation
• Collaborate with clients on safety matters

Required Skills or Experience

• 2+ years of experience in safety management
• Relevant safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in challenging environment
