Job Description Job Summary
The Human Resource (HR) & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for delivering operational and strategic human resources management processes including recruitment, staffing, coordinating training and development, performance monitoring and policy implementation. The job holder will be in charge of reviewing team database and manage the HR Systems. In addition, to facilitate the development and implementation of plans in relation to retention, industrial relations and Staff motivation
The role also has responsibility for managing day-to-day administration and systems that support and facilitate the smooth running of GILLBT head office in Tamale Key Responsibilities
