Job Description

Job Summary
The Human Resource (HR) & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for delivering operational and strategic human resources management processes including recruitment, staffing, coordinating training and development, performance monitoring and policy implementation. The job holder will be in charge of reviewing team database and manage the HR Systems. In addition, to facilitate the development and implementation of plans in relation to retention, industrial relations and Staff motivation

The role also has responsibility for managing day-to-day administration and systems that support and facilitate the smooth running of GILLBT head office in Tamale

  • Team Recruitment and Team Data/Database Management
  • Capacity Building/ Development
  • Performance Management 
  • Rewards and recognition
  • Office Administration

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HRM
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • A Member of an HR Professional body
  • Knowledge of practices, principles and procedures of human resources management including recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc. and knowledge of the labor Act
  • Communication and inter-personal skills
