We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to design and oversee our company’s hiring with a specialization in recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Required Skills or Experience

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable university 
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruitement Supervisor in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
