Job Description

• Location: Multiple Sites
• Reports to: Head of Operations

• Supervise the daily operations of the plant to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure efficiency.
• Manage a team of machine operators, technicians, and other staff.
• Implement safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance.

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Agricultural Science, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing a production plant.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Familiarity with production machinery and processes.
