• Reports to: CEO

• Manage regular farm operations including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Supervise farm staff and allocate tasks effectively.
• Design and implement farm management plans to increase yield and efficiency.
• Monitor crop growth and take necessary steps to prevent pests or diseases.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper usage of farm machinery.

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in farm management.
• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
