Overview

Quality Engineer / Quality Manager needed urgently for a construction project in Togo.

Role Summary
Ensure that a company’s products and processes meet established quality standards by identifying shortfalls, developing corrective measures, and implementing quality control systems

What You Will Do:

• Developing and implementing quality standards
• Developing and implementing quality control systems
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes

Required Skills or Experience

• Must be a Togolese National
• Should be fluent in French
• Should be able to communicate in English.
• Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering
• Desirable Project Management Certificate
• Desirable AQS certificate of similar
• More than 2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role
• More than 2 years in the Construction Industry
• Desirable previous experience on Government related projects

Salary: CFA 1,478,846 – CFA 2,772,985 per month
