To conduct an Endline survey for the KOICA grant funded project of Quality And Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services (QAIECE) for All Children Project North East Region, Ghana Background
Children Believe, a Canadian child rights international organization, here by invites qualified consultancy firms or individuals to submit technical and financial proposals to conduct an Endline survey for the QAIECE Project.
Children Believe (CB) is a registered International Non-Governmental organization advancing the quality of life for children in developing countries in five key areas: health and nutrition; education; water, sanitation and hygiene; sustainable economic growth; and strengthening community organizations. Each year we impact the lives of more than half a million children, youth, and families in six countries - Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Nicaragua and Paraguay. At Children Believe, we focus on breaking barriers to inclusive and quality education for girls and boys. We belief that creating access to education inside and outside the classroom is the most important tool children can use to change their world.
Children Believe’s work in Ghana prioritizes early childhood development (including early learning) in Ghana in recognition of the importance of “starting right” under our Centre of Excellence initiative.
Purpose
The purpose of the Endline project evaluation are (1) to assess project progress compared to the baseline and the target (and revise the target, if necessary) and (2) to review the lessons learned (e.g. contributing factors, hindering factors for the project progress, etc.) and make actionable recommendations for consideration in future/follow up project designs.
Scope of the Endline
The Consultant is expected to conduct the endline evaluation by designing the data collection tools, collecting data (quantitative and qualitative), analyzing data, writing and submitting a comprehensive report.
Sampling
The consultant is expected to collect data from all thirty (30)-project communities within the East and West Mamprusi municipalities.
Duration
The survey is expected to be conducted from 20th August 2024 to 15th Nov, 2024.
