Job Description

Location: Volta Region.

This is a full-time role as an Area Manager at Premier Bet Ghana. As an Area Manager,

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple betting shops in your residing region.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and training staff, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategies to drive sales, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Required Skills or Experience

Experience in the sports betting industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently and remotely
Flexibility and adaptability
Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to sports betting
Fluency in English and local languages
