Job Description

DUTIES/PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
Strategic Administrative Management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive administrative policies and procedures
  • Design and maintain efficient organizational workflows
  • Oversee facility management and workplace infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Logistics and Resource Management
  • Develop and manage the organization's procurement strategies
  • Optimize vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Implement cost-effective resource allocation mechanisms
  • Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
  • Conduct regular cost-benefit analyses of administrative operations
Facilities and Infrastructure Oversight
  • Manage office and operational facilities maintenance
  • Develop and implement workplace safety and security protocols
  • Coordinate office space planning and workspace optimization
  • Manage office equipment and technology infrastructure procurement
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative and logistics team
  • Create performance management frameworks
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Implement training and professional development programs
Financial and Operational Reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive administrative and logistical performance reports
  • Develop and manage administrative department budgets
  • Conduct regular operational efficiency audits
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in an administrative management role, with at least 3 years in a management position. 
  • Experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in office management, Project management, or administration are desirable.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
