Vendor Pre-qualification for the supply of Goods and Services

INTRODUCTION

School for Life (SfL) is a lead CSO offering relevant quality basic education to out-of-school children in deprived and hard-to-reach communities in Ghana. School for Life works to strengthen civil society’s role in improving access to relevant quality basic education by delivering, demonstrating and advocating for equitable quality basic education in underserved areas of Ghana.

We also work to influence national level policies and programmes by engaging with strategic states and non-states actors through advocacy. In partnership with community level structures, access to relevant education is made accessible to all leaving no one behind.

School for Life is committed to the values of Transparency and Accountability in the day to day operations of the organization. In furtherance of this values and in fulfilment of the requirements of the procurement policy, School for Life sets out to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors for purposes of the procurement of goods and services. The purpose is to facilitate an expeditious procurement process and to ensure quality in the competitive bidding process by establish a ready pool of verified vendors that have already been evaluated and deemed capable of delivering the needed goods or services. This is to also minimize the risk of engaging with vendors of poor safeguarding and criminal and affiliations

INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRSSION OF INTEREST

School for Life as an equal opportunity provider invites bids from potential goods and services providers in various categories to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purpose of establishing a list of suitable, qualified and competent and duly registered vendors in Ghana that are very capable of providing excellent and reliable goods and services as and when required.

Successful bidders who will be selected as pre-qualified vendors will be engaged for Two years with annual renewal at the discretion of School for Life. School for Life will procure goods and services from only approved prequalified vendors who will be selected in response to solicitations and those meeting the eligibility criteria as pre-qualified vendors stated in this EOI.

Please note that this is not an invitation to tender but an invitation to express interest in being considered as a potential vendor for the provision of goods or services to the organization as and when the need arises.
