Job Description

• Location: Multiple Sites
• Reports to: CEO

• Supervise the daily operations of the company’s production and supply chain.
• Manage and lead the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills or Experience

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the agro-processing industry is an added advantage.
