We're looking for a skilled and dynamic Catering Manager to oversee food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction at our remote site locations. The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Supervise and train culinary staff
• Ensure compliance with international health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain management
• Conduct quality control checks and implement improvements
• Foster positive client relationships and address feedback
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills or Experience

• 3+ years of catering management experience
• Hospitality/Culinary degree or equivalent
• Food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
