Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance guests’ dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check customers’ satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Process payments and issue bills accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
• Training in hospitality or food service is an added advantage.

Skills

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to memorize orders.
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and tools to keep the hub’s online presence innovative and effective.
