We seek dynamic insurance sales team to market and sell life insurance products designed under Enterprise Life Insurance’s brand name. The qualified candidate should be based in Accra or Kumasi. He/she will be responsible as follows:

The detailed Job Description will include but not limited to:

• Market and Sell the life insurance products
• Meet sales target
• Plan sales activities
• Prospect for new leads
• To achieve personal as well as team sales goals
• Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/ reports to Sales Manager

Required Skills or Experience

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• A minimum of a First Degree from an accredited University.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethics and integrity in doing business
• Must have drive and passion for Sales
