Calling new sales customers to promote spare part and service the After Sale department 

Responsibilities

• Following up on customers to create good customer relationships. 
• Handling basic and general enquiries following the company and department procedure.
• Identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with them.
• Listening to the queries and concerns of customers and assisting  them with what they want.
• Generating sales and customers and reporting sales performance. 

Required Skills or Experience

• HND/Degree in Marketing with 2 to 4 years working in a similar role.
• Applicants must have good communication skills, and be outspoken. 
• Applicants must be computer literate.
