• Position: I.T Sales Executive
• Location: Accra, Airport City
• Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

• Identify, qualify, and contact potential customers. Build positive and productive relationships with customers. Contact customers, explain product features, negotiate prices, and complete sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Sales: Generate new business leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to upsell, cross-sell, and retain their business.
• Needs Analysis: Understand customers' IT needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our IT products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver presentations and demos to showcase our solutions and their value proposition.
• Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities and develop sales strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data Develop new business areas, sales markets, and products. This includes new customers and partners.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of more than 3-5 years in a similar role.
