• DEPARTMENT: Bancassurance - CBG
• REPORTS TO: HoD, Bancassurance Consolidated Bank of Ghana (CBG)

JOB PURPOSE
To provide excellent and quality sales to clients, including managing existing businesses making
sure, they enjoy the Enterprise Advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit and manage at least 13 Life planners for branches and help them meet main KPIs
• Help the Life planner with sales leads and deals
• Oversee, motivate, and supervise assigned LPs to reach the KPI goal
• Fill in as a Life Planner for a branch if the Life Planner is away

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of First degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in the area of sales (Life Planner) or sales management
• Must have demonstrated team leadership skills
• Must have track record of excellent performance and good behaviour
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have excellent use of Information technology to achieve results
• Must be analytical and ethical
