Responsibilities

• Develop an effective sales strategy that has the potential of meeting the medium and long-term corporate sale revenue
• Develop sales procedures and policies to monitor national sales performance
• Develop an adequate compensation scheme for the sales force across the country base on on-target earnings (OTE)
• Develop an effect coverage matrix for sales activities
• Closing of new business
• Grow sales revenue of the company
• Develop a performing national sales team

Required Skills or Experience

Education and Experience

• First degree in any relevant field preferably social sciences
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in service sales management
• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
