Framework Agreement for Supply of Medicines & Consumables

INTRODUCTION
MSI Reproductive Choices Ghana (MSIG) is a result-oriented not-for-profit organization providing family planning, sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) services. MSIG’s goal is to meet the needs of underserved Ghanaians, dramatically improve access and use of family planning and other reproductive health services.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) - Framework Agreement for the procurement of Medicines throughout the year 2025. A Framework Agreement will set out the main terms under which individual call-off agreements for the goods will be supplied during the year.

MSIG now invites you to quote for the below mentioned medicines per the required quantities. The medicines and consumables will be supplied at the delivery schedules to be specified in terms of the various quarters during the year.

Bidders may submit Offers for one or more items.

Bidders are required to quote for medicines from the attached list of recommended suppliers to conform with MSIG’s quality parameters. It is a mandatory criteria for suppliers to quote in conformance with origin of products from these manufacturers.

Origin of Goods (in conformance to MSIG’s list of preferred product origin and manufacturers)
