Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day to day operations of the company.
  • Report on operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain service operation with the goal of ensuring sustainability across business operations.
  • Ensure proper distribution of man power and materials. 
  • Handle and communicate project update to clients.
  • Assist in monitoring job sites for safety compliance.
  • Assist in conducting sites visits and inspections
  • Assist with cost estimation and budget monitoring 
  • Ensure work aligns with project plans and quality standards 

Required Skills or Experience

Competences
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of building and construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • At least 3 years working experience in construction field 
  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration 
  • Building and Construction Management is a plus 
  • Leaving within the enclave of Prampram, Dawhenya and Tema
