Roles and Responsibilities

• Setting, collecting, and depositing rent
• Marketing, showing, and leasing vacant units
• Screening, signing, and renewing leases with tenants
• Handling tenant issues and complaints
• Scheduling and tracking maintenance and repairs of properties
• Communicating with property owners and complying with landlord-tenant laws
• Managing finances, records, and taxes of properties
• Renting out vacant spaces

Required Skills or Experience

• Must have minimum 3+ years of Experience in the field
