Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource management and operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting for the hospital.
- Supervise and coordinate with various departments, including HR, finance, and medical services.
- Foster a culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care.
- Ensure proper maintenance of hospital facilities and infrastructure.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and the community.
- Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospital administration or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and technology is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
