Job Description

  • Recruit, train and supervise field workers effectively.
  • Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Create standard operation procedures that support both current and new projects
  • Procure external service and other resources effectively.
  • Contribute the development of market research proposals.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have completed tertiary education
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field of study.
  • 2 to 3 experiences in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Have working knowledge of market research methodoloties and techniques

  • High level of integrity
  • Ability get things done.
  • Good leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and digital).
  • Proficient in IT applications and relevant software.
