DuvaiDeals is an eCommerce platform designed to digitize the marketplace through variety, transparency, and convenience. Owned by ToldoIT, DuvaiDeals uses both web and mobile apps to offer a unique user experience to both buyers and sellers through an easy-to-use and transparent workflow. At ToldoIT we believe in sustainable, scalable, and innovative solutions to everyday problems. Joining a team of software engineers and marketing specialists, you will ensure quality vendor onboarding and transparent buyer experiences. As a campus sales officer, you will market our products on selected campuses and promptly respond to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage agents on campuses.
• Through agents, recruit vendors and buyers from the various campuses.
• Establish business relationships with students and staff on campuses.
• Ensure an adequate supply of marketing materials at vantage points on campuses.
• Serve as the contact point between customers and our e-commerce team.
• Participate in the design, printing, and distribution of promotional materials.
• Report monthly recruitment and sales to management. 

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy and passionate about e-commerce.
• Has several contacts on campuses in Accra who can use DuvaiDeals. 
• Skilled user of professional software including MS Teams and Outlook.
• 1-2 years post University experience in e-commerce.
• Resident in Accra and familiar with the e-commerce (including delivery) landscape.
• Teamwork-oriented with good communication skills.
