Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversees activities that attract client patronage and maximum profit for the hotel.
• Selling of hotel services to customers to generate revenue for the management.
• Making lists of potential clients or groups and conduct survey to discover customers actively seeking our hotel services.
• Placing calls or arrange meetings with potential clients to identify their requirements and needs.
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the hotel service features and qualities.
• Providing customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices; 
• Addressing customer doubts to convince them to subscribe to their service.
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that meets their specification.
• Overseeing the booking and reservation of hotel and collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good stay/event at the hotel.
• Monitoring the customer service quality to ensure clients are tended appropriately.
• Organizing the details of an event, such as the seating arrangement, catering, lodging, and security.
• Maintaining contact with clients in order to obtain feedback, and discuss opportunities for future business deal.
• Conducting assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments for boosting patronage.
• Setting annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.
• Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a 
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company services
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Any other duties delegated by Management

Required Skills or Experience

• At least Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years working experience
• Should be in Tema and its environs
