Job Description

We are looking for a highly result oriented Security Coordinator to work with. In this role you shall be responsible for the underlisted:

• Your main role is to make sure that security guards assigned to you are performing accordingly
• Visit the various clients that we have and do a thorough assessment of their surroundings and advice them on the ways forward.
• You need to make sure all personnel have gone through the company’s policies and procedures and ensure guards are disciplined on the field
• Proper training on their job roles and responsibilities
• Recruiting able, capable and enthusiastic applicants to fill job vacancies
• You are to make sure daily (Day and Night) spot checks and patrols are done and reports submitted.
• Organize Zonal meetings and reporting accordingly
• You are to train your guard force efficiently towards the attainment of the organizational goals
• You are to ensure that all issues are always resolved in a timely manner and reported back to management
• You are to ensure that all new recruits go through proper background check and all information’s sent to the Administrator
• You are required to engage in revenue generation as well thus a minimum of three prospects every week leading to the closure of at least two sales in a month
