Job Description

This is a field role that requires daily visits to shops across town to supply products to partner shops while maintaining a cordial and professional relationship. The job functions include the following:

• Prepare and organize products for supply.
• Identify the product needs of partner shops through shop visits and other channels of communication.
• Supply products to the shops and issue appropriate invoices to cover the supply.
• Clean, reorganize and arrange products on display units.
• Follow-up for payment of supplies from shops.
• Ensure shops are consistently well stocked and payments are collected on time.
• Preparation of daily supply reports using a pre-designed template.
• Report non-performing shops for remedial decisions to be taken on them.
• Scout for prospective shops to enhance product distribution..
• Collect and submit relevant feedback from the field for business growth.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of HND preferably in sales, marketing, distribution.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Ability to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have a good eye for fashion and merchandising.
• Ability to prepare reports and collect field data.
• Must be honest, respectful, trustworthy, accountable and results oriented.
