Purpose of the Consultancy As part of this effort, CARE Ghana seeks a qualified consultancy firm to provide expert guidance and support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) to reorganize / upgrade its HR department and recruit a qualified People and Culture Director to lead this transformation.
