Job Description

We are looking for final year Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Publishing Studies students in tertiary institutions who are eligible for national service this year (2024) to join our team of consultants as graduate trainees.

What you'll do

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website content, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the visual identity of the brand.
• Design infographics, presentations, and other visual aids to support consulting projects.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts

Social Media Management:

• Support the development and scheduling of engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Support the monitoring of social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
• Support our online community engagement.
• Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns.

Required Skills or Experience

• A rich and diverse e-portfolio of past designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and intrinsic drive for excellence.
• Final year Bachelor’s degree and a good academic track record (second class upper or better at the time of graduation).
• Demonstrable innovative, inclusive, and problem solving leadership or achievements in academic and/or non academic fields (Debate clubs, youth societies etc)
