Job Description

• Research and identify grant/funding opportunities. 
• Prepare high quality concepts and proposals. 
• Provide project implementation support.
• Monitor compliance and reporting requirements for timely and accurate submission of reports and updates.

Required Skills or Experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, etc. 
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a not-for-profit organization. 
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling proposals. 
• Proven experience in researching and s not-for-profit organisation. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and clear proposals. 
• Hands-on experience in supporting project implementation, including planning, coordination, and execution. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Have passion for working with the less privileged.
